This webpage was created to keep our friends and family updated in the lives of our boys Jordyn and JD. Jordyn is 3 and JD just turned 1 year old. JD was born with a very rare condition known as rh incompatibility disease. So far, we have been told that JD may have some brain damage(although an MRI shows no damage), vision problems and he has complete hearing loss. As he gets older they will be able to tell us if JD will have any more problems. We are very lucky to have him with us. He beat the strong odds against him. He is our angel.

JD is 2 years old today. Last night Jason and I sat and reminised about when he was born. He is such a miricle. He has come a long way and beat a lot of odds and although he still has problems, none of them are as bad as they could be. For that we are so greatful.Â

Jordyn turned 4 years old today. He is getting so big so fast. Both him and JD amaze Jason and I everyday with their pleasure in the little things. Sometimes Jason and I forget how pretty the snow can be when it is falling....that it until Jordyn points it out to us.Â

Hi Christina-
I still check on you and something came to mind. I have a child with a cochlear implant. Is that a possibility for JD if he's totally deaf? I don't want to add more on you, but boy once his implant was in and activated he was like a new kid and starting talking within two months
