Guestbook Another end of an era. Sigh -Gramma Sharkey What beautiful pictures. What a momma's baby boy!!! Love to see the pictures and giggle at how true the stories are!! -Aunt Sess boys love camo. we used to let ours buy patches when we visited different places but be forewarned: they are tough (thick)to sew on - Back home again just in time for Mother's Day and my birthday. What a gift! I love you all! -Mom Just stopped to say hi and tell you we all miss you tons! Hope and pray all is going well~ Take care! -Trac My daughter moved to Tennessee. Just for a while, she promised me And, just to show that they'd be back, She left her house up here intact. She packed as for a camping time; All the rest she left behind. Soon I heard my cell phone ring, There's something she forgot to bring. Go to her house now, if I would And find some papers, if I could. I walked inside, I knew I'd grieve; The house looked like they didn't leave. For after I had turned the key, No grandsons ran to welcome me. Just smiling pictures on the walls; No laughter echoed down the halls. And though it filled my heart with gloom, I felt so drawn to every room. I walked into the family room Where once with toys the floor was strewn. A large gray tote holds playing gear; For half went with and half stayed here. Will they be used when they come home, Or be tossed out 'cause they're out grown? The kitchen where she'd cook and clean And Dino nuggets reigned supreme, Where cupcakes for the bus kids fixed, And burned her arm on pumpkin mix. The fridge door still had pictures on; Again just like they were not gone. The bathroom where they'd take a bath And gleefully would splish and splash; Where dragonflies still grace the shelf And Lance can go, "All by myself." And Landon would have had a chance To learn to wear some "Big Boy" pants. The bedroom with the baseball theme Where they would lay and sweetly dream. The crib awaits the baby's touch With pillows that he loved so much. The bed where Lance no longer sleeps As long eyelashes brushed his cheeks. In their closet hangs warm clothes, For where it's hot they won't need those. And winter boots for snowy days To build a snowman while they play. Will they fit when they come home, Or be tossed out 'cause they're out grown? I know that they are in God’s Will, But mothers’ hearts are fragile still. They follow children through the years And bathe them yet in prayers and tears. So, I will wait to see God’s plan And try my best to understand. -Gramma Sharkey Hey i'm glad to hear everythings good, we do miss you guys, I like that picture of landon and in the back ground with lance doing a "little" exploring of his own. :) anyways send some of your nice weather this way it just snowed like crazy! -Jennifer Sharkey very nice love and miss you -jeff I can't believe how big they are.
