Thanks for checking in on Durrell!! I know that he is glad to see you! Have a nice visit and be sure to leave him a message. He is growing so big. At his nine month appointment on 29 September 2009 he weighted 21lbs. and 8 oz. He is 29 inches long. His head is 18 inches. Durrell says he loves you and thanks again for checking on me. Durrell cannot wait to see everyone at Thanksgiving!! He is ready to play with all his cousins and eat lots of food. See everyone at Thanksgiving.
Stories Durrell had a good weekend Trick-or-Treating! He went to Grandma Buckner's, Aunt Amanda's and Uncle Damon's, Great-Aunt and Uncle Shelly and Craig's, Great-Grandma Parrack's, Justin and Liz's (neighbor's of Parrack's), and Grandma and Grandpa Parrack's. Durrell also got a treat from Brionna and Taylor. Thanks for making Durrell's first trick-or-treating experience fun!! On Sunday Durrell helped chase cows and then played with Taylor and cousin Julia while we worked the cows. Taylor gave Julia and Durrell rides in her barbie jeep. Then her and Julia pulled Durrell around in the wagon tied onto the barbie jeep. Durrell liked this better. Great-Aunt Leah pulled Durrell, Julia, and Taylor around the yard in the wagon (by hand). They all loved this. Then we had lunch at Grandma Christi's. Durrell then went and visited Grandma Bonnie, Aunt Danie'l, and Uncle Lonnie. Then he went and played with Abby. Durrell was so tired he went to bed at 7 and got up at 6:30. Durrell had a really busy weekend and loved every minute.Durrell got his first top tooth on Sunday, November 1st, 2009. He now has three teeth. Mommy is considering weaning him! Durrell got his second tooth on Saturday, October 24, 2009. :) for Durrell. Last night Durrell and I got home and he decided he needed a nap so him and I took a nap until 6. Then he got mad when I woke him up so that he would sleep later. So I fixed supper and then Durrell threw up his supper all down the front of him :(. So he then needed a bath. Coty and I had just got done saying that we just wanted to relax and play with Durrell for the night and then go to bed early. (We should not have said that.) Anyway we are giving Durrell a bath and Coty is letting me trim his beard!! And we notice that Durrell is pooping in the bathtub. :( So we get him out and bleach the tub. I am refilling the tub and decide to bleach the toys in the sink in the bathroom. While I am doing this I look over and Durrell is peeing on the floor. So I decide to clean that up and I forget that the sink is running. So after I clean up the floor I put Durrell in the tub (which is running so I cannot hear the sink overflowing). I then look over and remember that the sink is on and the whole floor is flooded. All this time Coty is outside getting more wood to put in the fire, so I start yelling help so that he can come and watch Durrell while I clean up the floor and rescue the clean clothes before the all get wet. All the towels under the sink got soaked and luckily I had enough clean towels in the baskets to dry up the ten gallons that spilled over on the floor. Needless to say it was an eventful night. Coty and I got a really good laugh. Durrell had a really good nap with his Grandma Christi on Sunday. Thanks for snuggling me!! ~ Durrell
