Dear Hunter and Brit....you left a lot of broken hearts behind when you left today! YaYa is the saddest of all so be sure to call her often and tell her that you love her. It's a pretty weepy time when we Mom's have to put our loved ones on airplanes. At least with Homeland Security we can do our crying in the car as they won't let us in the airports anymore. I used to make a spectical of myself and have to stand in a remote corner of the airport or in the ladies room until my red eyes went away. And I'm pretty sure that's what happened to YaYa today too. Have a wonderful time with all your family in California and hurry "home" to Savannah to get everything ready for Greg's homecoming. We love you all so very much and thank you again for coming by to spend time with us before you left. You both are peaches! Mimi/Gigimimi - Hi everyone, Well, the day I have been dreading finally came and I had to take Brit and Hunter to the airport and say goodbye. It was not fun at all. I had to go many places after I said goodbye so I wouldn't have to come home to such an empty house. PeePaw left last night for Mexico so I am all alone. I went everywhere I could before I came home so I wouldn't have to see it so empty and quiet, but I am here now and you guys aren't and I am very sad. I had to put Hunter's toys away so I don't get any sadder. But, we had such a wonderful time with the two of you and everyone in your family was so happy to get to know you. You have two wonderful, huge families and are very lucky. I know everyone will have a wonderful time in California for the second round. Hunter, you can show them all of the new things you have learned-amazing!! I already miss you both so much and really will in the morning when I don't see that little smiling face. I have lots of friends who were Army and Navy and Marine and Coast Guard "brats" when they were kids and they are very nice and interesting people. Yesterday was a very long and irritating day, and the real frustrating thing is I can't do anything about it, oh well as we say suck it up and drive on. Well I started moving the other day, it's a much bigger FOB and a much nicer place I'm in a four man room, newly renovated, but we won't be living there for a couple of weeks still we just moved all of our stuff there, I think Brittany will post the new address soon.
