Hi everybody!! Brittany, you have done a wonderful job with putting your life in pictures. I know that started when Greg was in Iraq. We were all so worried about him, thank the Lord he is back and safe with us. I know he enjoyed seeing everyone of those pictures more than anything else at that time. Time flies so quickly that sometimes we forget the times that we were all so worried and stressed about the time that Greg would be back with us. He is now, and we have enjoyed it ever so much more because of all the time we spent worrying, and for good reason. I know that I spend everyday hoping to God that Greg never has to go back there. If he does, I will do the same thing I did before, and pray everyday for his safe return and do everything else I can to make his family handle it. You are a beautiful family and I love you very much. Hunter and Ava are incredible outcomes of a wonderful marriage. You are all so awesome and I love you all so much, I just wanted to tell you. -YaYa Jan 08 2008 What an exciting Christmas. I remember Josh's first stitches i am hoping to never go through that again. I just wanted to stop by and say hi and i am really wanting to make a trip that way to see everyone. Things are so busy these days that time just flies by. Who cares, I was 30 something with Ashlee and the doctor's office asked that I bring back a "responsible adult" for her follow up. Blood and such just does not agree with some of us, you handled it fine and the best way you knew how. It looks like your Christmas turned out great anyways, sorry we could not get together but am so glad that Ash and Brycen were able to visit with you. We are still just two minutes away from one another, stop by anytime. This year I am going to give more of an effort to stay in touch with everyone. -Marla Jan 06 2008 BAD GREAT GRANDMOTHER!!! Darling little Ava...how precious you are and how wonderful you were on this your very first Christmas. As you, your Mother, Fallon, Alex and even I....were all July babies, it brings back many memories of Christmases past! Next year you'll be a tempestuous toddler well on your way to the Terrible Two's...so we better enjoy your just sitting around, smiling and looking beautiful while it lasts! (An anatomical detail for all...did you know that a person's eyeballs are the ONLY thing in their body that NEVER grows! How about that? There's a little piece from my store of knowledge that my son, PaPa, and keep when he plays Scrabble with YaYa! He's sure to say that he knew that already, Britt, if you ask him the wrong way. At least he has managed to at long last "touch the camera!" We all had a wonderful Christmas, though this was the first time I took an unscheduled nap in the middle of the party on Christmas Day! I think I had post-traumatic shock after Hunter's being wounded in action! What a great day that little boy had! And it was great for all of us just watching him go from toy to toy to toy to toy to toy...etc...ect...etc! I think his Dad and PaPa and Uncles and Cousins (all boys) has as much fun as he did with the robots, cars, trains, whistles, drums...Can you believe that YaYa was insane enough to buy him a one man band at age 3? Talk about having a psychiatric syndrom...Karin must really be into self-punishment...either that or it's payback time for Brittany!
