Welcome to Jonathan's first website!

It has been a long time since I have posted new pics or any stories, but I have been SOOOOO busy! I started going to a pre-school in February, I didn't like it at first, but really love it now. I have so many new friends and am learning so much. I miss Ms. Carrie but I will get to see her (that is what mommy says). We have had a teddy bear parade where we made floats and paraded our bears around the church, learned about zoo animals and have started learing our letters.

I can't wait for spring, we have a new garden I will get to help with and a new swing set, I haven't seen the swing set yet, but I hear mommy and daddy talking about it... and who can forget the sand box papa Roy built me. I love the outdoors... maybe I will talk papa Dave into taking me camping it the back yard... he will do anything I ask, hehe.

Well it has been awhile since I have written out here. Lots has been going on with me. I am talking up a storm and keeping mommy busy at home chasing after me. I went to the lake this weekend to see Papa and Grandma Teresa and we had a BLAST. I can't get enough of "horsey".

I have been cruising along the furniture, babbling non stop and I think everything is so funny, I have lots of fun. Any day now I should start walking --I can hold my balance for a few seconds before I fall and I am able to walk with my walker... I can't wait to have full access to the house, but mommy and daddy say they can wait!

For my birthday I get my own baseball cake, I will post a picture of the cake before and after I get my hands on it... but I am looking forward to having iceing all over my face and hair (well what hair I have). Oh Yeah I almost forgot, I have 7 teeth now.. I don't look like a baby anymore, but that is ok, I am still cute =). I will write more after my big PARTY! See You Later!

Well I have started walking, I walk everywhere now.. I am so cute when I walk, I hold my hands out like a monster and I get SO excited when I have someone to walk to. Today at daycare when daddy came to pick me up all the other kids told daddy how much I was walking, they were all excited too!

I also got my a passport today. I am going on a trip with mommy, daddy, papa Dave and Neannie next month and I needed a passport. I was such a good boy at the post office, everyone stoped to watch the baby get his photograph taken. The only bad thing is they have to do a back ground check on me, I hope mommy doesn't find out what I have been up to =)!

I had my 12 month visit with the dr today, I am now 28 inches long, 18 pounds 3 oz and have 8 teeth.... the dr said I am just perfect =). By now I can waive bye-bye, crawl really well, cruise along the furniture, stand for a few seconds, give five's (which daddy loves) and reconize people by there name and go after objects if mommy tell me to.. like when mommy tells me to get my ball or my hammer. I am also learning how to throw balls.. mommy and daddy really like that and that makes me happy =).

I had a great time at my birthday party, but eveyone sang to me and I didn't quite understand that, but they seemed to enjoy it... and I really enjoyed the baseball cake mommy made me. It was SO good and I had the whole cake to myself, I guess no one wanted to share with me after I stuck my face in the cake.

It has been a year already and what a year it has been! I have grown so much (about 16 pounds) and gotten so tall. Mommy say's that I am right on track for growing into a strong boy. Just look at the difference in the pictures I have on my web site.

I got tubes put in my ears on August 15th... it wasn't that bad and the good thing is I can hear so much better! I have been talking mommy and daddy's ears off! I also have started saying dada.... but only when I want to, not when mommy and daddy want me to =) I am a teaser that way.

I also got my third tooth in, it is on the bottom next to the other two I have.. mommy thinks I am getting some back teeth in too, because of the way I chew on things, but I am to early for that.

I am doing good and getting real strong..wonder if I will be crusing in a few weeks??? Guess we'll just have to wait and see... talk to you later.. love jonathan!

I went to the ear doctor yesterday and I have to have tubes put in my ear... I am scared, but mommy told me that I will feel much better afterward and maybe I will start talking too! My surgery is on August 15th... so eveyone pray for me.

Jonathan went to the dr today for his 9 month check up, and he is still growing =). He was 26.25 inches long and weighted 16 pounds 14.5 ounces. He is just in the 5% for his length and <3% for his weight... but his head is in the 55% and the dr said that is good to see (but I don't know why).

He didn't have to get any shots this time, but next time he will. We go see the ear dr next week, hopefully they will want to put tubes in so we can stop getting all the ear infections he gets!.

Well it has been awhile since I have been out to my web site, but since last time I have gotten 2 teeth... mommy thinks they are the cutiest teeth she has ever seen, but I can do with out all that pain they cause!

I will be 9 months old on Sunday so that means I have to go to the doctor soon to get more shots... great.. I just love that.

I just got back from my first vacation. Mommy and Daddy took me to Daytona Beach Florida with my Neannie and Papa Dave. I have SO much fun (and I got really spoiled). I didn't like the ocean to much, but it was really cold. Next time we go I think I will like it much better. Mommy and Daddy also took me swimming in the pool. That was lots of fun. Daddy was putting me way up in the air and then back into the water. I really liked that. I can't wait to try out the Lake with Papa and Grandma Teresa. I think the lake will be much warmer than the ocean. Talk to everyone later... Love Ya all!

Today I turn 5 months old, and I rolled over from my back to my stomach for the first time yesterday, mommy and daddy were both home to see me do it. They were so excited! Since I am now 5 months old, mommy told me I have to start sleeping better so this week I am trying really hard to sleep for them, but there is just so much going on around me I'd rather be up looking around!

I had my first out of town over night trip with out mommy and daddy, Papa and Grandma Teresa came and took me to Jeff City with them for the night and I had a great time!

I had my last RSV shot for this year. The nurse said I was doing great and I weighed 12 pounds 14 oz! I can't believe how much weight I have gained since I was born. Mommy said I don't even look like the same baby.

I have been doing really good on my cereal and Tuesday I get to start on veggies, not sure what mommy will have me try first, I hope it is sweet potatoes they looked yummy when mommy was making them.

I had my 4 month visit today, I weight 11 pounds 10oz and was 22 1/2 inche long. I am in the < 3% for my height, but mommy said I don't have much of a chance of being tall. I got 4 more shots today and mommy gets to start feeding me baby food. I have already been eating a tablespoon of rice cereal every day. I can't wait to taste green beans and sweet potatoes.. yum yum Mom said I have to get through all my cereals before I can have any veggies, but in about 2 weeks we will see how I really like them!

The dr said I am doing very well, my muscle control is that of a 4 month old and not a preemie (I should only be at a 2 month level) and I am very happy and playful. Well I had better get back to the other kids at the daycare, they get mad when they don't get to play with me!

I will be 4 months old next week and I have gotten my first fever. I don't really feel that bad (I love to play and smile) but I do fell yucky sometimes. My temp is about 100 degrees, maybe momma will take me to see the doctor tomorrow (2-15-08). I have to go to the doctor anyway on Monday to get my 4 month shots, hopefully tonight Iwill start feeling better and will get to stay with my Neannie tomorrow. I think I weight about 12 pounds, but I won't really know until Monday. My cousin Haydn weights 12 pounds 7 ounces, he is starting to get bigger than me!

Today at daycare I got my first Valentines.. one from Katie (she is like a second mother to me), Valerie and Hayden. I really like my day care, they are so nice to me and I get to play with the other kids! Iwill talk more on Monday after my appointment. Hope you all enjoy the new pictures of me!

I got weighed yesterday (1-2-08) and I am now 10 pounds 1oz! Now the big news for today is that I started rolling over today from my stomach to my back... mommy made me do it several times until I got tired, but she was so excited I had to humor her and kept doing it.

Today my papa is watching me, I heard mommy tell him to keep me up as much as possible so I will sleep at night..... to bad mommy doesn't know I don't need much sleep and will be up all night anyway =)
