Aries

The Rambo of the playgroup has arrived! With an Aries baby around, you can expect lots of action and activity in your midst. Don't expect this tot to sit still with a rattle - it just won't happen.

The Aries baby is one who makes a lot of noise and will definitely be heard. There's really no choice! As a Fire sign, the little Ram will be dynamic and always up to something. Will this be a tough baby to deal with? More than likely. To that end, parents would be wise to show this child how to work with other babies early on. Things such as sharing won't come naturally - they must be learned. And getting an Aries child to fit in with siblings is another story!

What the Aries baby may want most of all, however, is attention, so parents be warned! In a play setting, the Aries tot will easily get the attention of others on their own. This baby will also start many things early, the better to get to the finish line first. To sum up, the Aries baby can be quite independent but enjoys interacting with others. This baby is a fairly physical child and craves constant stimulation. They will be raring to go from the second they are born!

9/17 - Well, I haven't been doing a very good job at keeping this site up to date, but I can't put that lovable little boy down once I get home from work! As you can see, he is doing great and getting so big. His last Dr's appt was in early August (4 month check-up) and he weighed 14 lbs, 12 oz and was 24" long. 7/31 - Thank you for checking in. Well as you all know, since starting back at work I have fallen behind on the website. I apologize to everyone that can't see him all the time, but it's hard to have enough hours in the day for everything. Logan is almost four months old now and he has gotten SO big. 6/30 - Logan is almost 3 months old now, and I have returned to work. He is doing great sleeping in his crib through the night, with his last feeding around 11 he sleeps till 5 or 6 - very nice! Last week was my first week back and it was pretty hard. Luckily, I got a small transition by being able to only work three days. Derek stayed home with him on Monday and Wednesday, and I on Tuesd

6/6 - Today Logan had his 2 month check up and shots. He is as healthly as can be, falling into the "average" group for weight, length and head circumfrence. He weighs 11 lbs 14 oz, and measures 22 3/4 inches long. As for the shots, they were pretty hard this time. He had to have three and still needs to go back for one more that the Dr. ran out of. 5/21 - Logan is doing really well and getting so big. He still is not sleeping through the night, but he's on somewhat of a schedule now. He eats at 11pm just before bed, then at 3 and 6am....not too bad. Unfortunately, he only really sleep when he is in our arms - a bad habit we started. 5/9 - Logan's umbilical cord FINALLY fell of today! I was beginning to think it was permanetly attached. He is getting so strong. He is starting to grab onto our shirts now, and he kicks quite a bit, sporatic as they may be, they are strong.
