This past weekend we also got a FOOT OF SNOW!!! Check out the boys playing in it and building a snowman! FUN FUN!!!

This past weekend, we had Jenkins birthday party!! I know his actual birthday is three weeks away, but.......we wanted to do something while the weather was still nice! It turned out to be a beautiful day! The kids had a BLAST dressing up in theri costumes and playing in the BOUNCE HOUSE! Thanks to all of you who came and celebrated with us! August 19, 2009 Today was a GREAT day! John Parker started 2nd Grade! I can't believe it! He was SO EXCITED!! He LOVES SCHOOL......thankfully!!!! Jenkins also started 4k! He LOVES his new room and new teacher! I can't believe how fast they are growing!!!! Hope you enjoy the pictures from our second trip to the beach! John Parker had a GREAT birthday! He had TWO PARTIES to CELEBRATE turing SEVEN!!! The first was in Batesville at the pool for his classmates, and the second was at Nana and Pop's house! We all had a BLAST! Thanks to all who came to celebrate this special day! We love you all!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN PARKER!!! Today was John Parker's LAST DAY OF FIRST GRADE!!!! I can't believe it!!!! He is growing up TOOOOOOO FAST!!!!!! He got an award today for having all A's and B's throughout the year! I am so proud of my BIG BOY!!!!!! Hope you enjoy looking at all of the new pictures of the boys! John Parker had FUN day at school last week and we also went on a field trip to a horse farm that promotes literacy, the kids had a BLAST!!! I have also added some more of ball season!!
Monday night John Parker had his first ball game of the season! he did GREAT!!! He hit a double and two singles!!! He played first base and the out field.....I am so proud of him! David had to help coach...both of our coaches were unable to be there.....They play again Friday night!
Saturday the boys went out on the river for a little fishing.......They enjoyed the boat ride but did not catch any fish, maybe next time! That afternoon we went to Oakland for Aunt Ethelyn's surprise birthday party.....We had a great time! We LOVE you Aunt Ethelyn!!!
Jenkins' school helped raise money for St. Jude by having a Trike-A-Thon last Friday. He did a great job!!! The day before they had a picnic and had a bounce house for the kids. Check out the pictures!!! The Boy Scouts went on a "Go See It" yesterday at the airport in Batesville. They learned a lot of fun things about airplanes, got to tour some and even get in one while the pilot did an engine run....THEY HAD A BLAST!!!! CrAzY wEeK!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been crazy here the last few days....as many of you know, Memaw was in ICU the beginning of the week.....we had Pinewood Derby Saturday and then of course, Easter!!! I am glad to report Memaw is out of ICU, but still is having problems with her blood pressure.... John Parker won 3rd place in the Derby, out of all the scouts in pack 220!!! he was so excited to get a trophy and we were so proud of him!!! He was the youngest and only one out of the Tiger Cubs to place!!!!! Easter was a great time, even though it was stormy all day!!! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
It has been a while since I have updated! The boys are doing GREAT!!! Last week was Spring Break....We went to New Orleans and had a great time! Check out our pictures from the aquarium!!! Oh yeah...they both got hair cuts today! They both wanted "BUZZ" cuts....HA!!!
